Terms and Conditions

• I request page layouts, "include" files, and a sample of a typical transcript file showing "BY" lines and parenthetical placement.
• If a transcript grows by more than 10% of original number sent, a surcharge of $1.00 per page greater than 10% will be charged. For example:

                o Job sent = 100 pages.

                o Job finished = 110 pages = normal rate

                o Job finished = 120 pages = 10 pages x $1.00/page = $10 added to final transcript fee

• If the individual job creates a need for a rate increase (i.e. highly technical content, heavy accents, more than a reasonable amount of drops), this will be discussed with you before continuing with the transcript.
• Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and no later than 14 calendar days after the date of the invoice.
• An interest fee of 5% of the invoice will be charged for unpaid invoices 30 days past due, unless options are discussed ahead of time.
